We did get a bedroom set for the nursery. It is really cute. It is from Babies R Us, and it is called Tiger Lily. We actually had the room painted when we moved in here almost 3 years ago. It was a darker rose blush type of color, and it was eventually going to be my scrapbook room. But we didn't feel like painting it over again, so we go a set that matched. This one was really cute! It should arrive some time next week.

Don't stress about he "stuff" for the baby. When they come home, they are pretty basic, diapers, wipes, onesies and clothes and then breastfeeding/formula/bottle supplies. Make sure to have one of the dreaded nose suckers too!

It sucks that you don't feel well. And it sucks that you are stuck in bed, girl. One day at a time though. She's gonna keep you up double the time you are used to now (ok maybe now now if you're sleeping 18 hours a day and all...), so you'll have plenty of time to get things just like you want them. I think I finished Madden's room when he was about 9 months old, three months after he and Abby became US citizens.
